How do I delete my account?
Open the KeyLend app, go to Settings, and tap "Delete my account". All your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email us at support@keylend.app to request deletion.
How does the digital inspection work?
Every trip starts and ends with an 8-angle photo inspection done through the app. Photos are automatically timestamped and geolocated, creating a legally recognized record of the vehicle's condition.
What is KeyLend's legal framework?
KeyLend operates under the commodat (prêt à usage) framework defined by Articles 830-845 of Morocco's Dahir des Obligations et Contrats. This is a peer-to-peer vehicle sharing arrangement — not a commercial rental service.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
How do I report a problem with a vehicle or a user?
Email support@keylend.app with the booking reference number and a description of the issue. Attach any relevant photos. Our team will review the case and respond within 24 hours.
Account & Data Deletion
You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. Go to Settings → Delete my account in the app, or email support@keylend.app. Data is permanently removed within 30 days, in accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08.
